Information Service

Settling in to a new country is not always easy. The biggest challenge can be knowing where to find all the information that you automatically knew in your own country.

That’s where Settlement Support New Zealand (SSNZ) can help.

It provides easy access to information that you may need about the services that are available in your local area to support settlement.

The information service is available at the Waikato Migrant Resource Centre.

You can access the following services at the centre:

• Settlement Information

• On-site Agencies

• Referral to other services

• Seminars and Workshops

• Brochures- some in other languages

• Register to receive Updates and Newsletters (E-mail)

• Language support for information and connecting to government agencies

• You can call us or visit us Monday to Friday (9:00- 5:00) (Except Public Holidays and end of the year Closure) E-mail us your question to: ssnzham   "at" wmrc.org.nz

• Come to our monthly Settlement Clinic: Last Tuesday of Each month 3:00pm - 5:30pm
