There is an opportunity to attend a free 2 hour workshop on the Treaty of Waitangi on Waitangi Day arranged by Hamilton City Council (9am, Garden Place. The workshop uses interactive ‘speed learning’ techniques, so will be interesting for all ages (12 and over), and levels of English language ability.

Topics include language of the treaty, flags, laws and visions for the future.  Please encourage your colleagues, students and family to make the most of this opportunity!

The workshop is based on the popular Tangata Tiriti-Treaty People methodology, using new learning techniques - of special interest to those who teach about the Treaty.
